BB999 Terms and Conditions — Rules
Every Pakistani Player Needs to Know

1. Definitions

"BB999" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at bb999.wine and all associated subdomains. "Player" means any registered user of the BB999 platform. "Account" refers to the unique user profile created at registration. "Balance" means the total of deposited real-money funds and any credited bonus funds held in a Player's account. "Wager" means any bet placed using Balance. "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or promotional offer credited to an account by BB999. "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive currency of the BB999 platform. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become withdrawable.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active BB999 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. BB999 operates a strict minimum age policy with no exceptions. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended BB999 account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed with balances forfeited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from BB999 or placed on any exclusion list by BB999's responsible gaming team.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that no outcome on BB999 is guaranteed.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you register on BB999, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times. BB999 may suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.1 Account Credentials

Your BB999 username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. BB999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact BB999 support immediately at support@bb999.wine.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player may hold exactly one BB999 account. Where multiple accounts are detected for the same individual — identified by matching personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — BB999 reserves the right to merge those accounts, remove duplicate bonus funds, and apply any penalty deemed appropriate, up to and including permanent closure of all associated accounts.

4. Deposits & Payments

BB999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may apply for large transactions.

4.1 Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your BB999 balance instantly upon confirmation in the payment app. Bank IBFT deposits typically credit within one business hour. Card deposits process within minutes. BB999 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

4.2 Payment Integrity

You confirm that all funds deposited into your BB999 account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity. BB999 reserves the right to request proof of funds for large or unusual deposits. Deposits made through payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or refunded.

5. Withdrawals

BB999 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no withdrawal fees on BB999 for any payment method. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within five minutes around the clock. Bank IBFT withdrawals arrive within one to two business hours.

5.1 Verification Before Withdrawal

BB999 may request identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold set by our compliance team. Acceptable verification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a photograph. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and funds returned to your account balance.

5.2 Bonus and Wagering Requirements

Withdrawals cannot be processed while any active wagering requirement remains outstanding on your BB999 account. Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been fully met are eligible for withdrawal. Players may forfeit their bonus balance at any time to make their real-money balance immediately withdrawable, but forfeited bonuses will not be reinstated.

5.3 Responsible Gaming Holds

If a player has activated any responsible gaming tool on BB999 — including a cooling-off period or self-exclusion — withdrawals may be subject to a mandatory processing delay to allow the period to run its course. This is a player protection measure, not a penalty.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

BB999 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. Where specific bonus terms and these general Terms conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• One bonus per player, per promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance.
• BB999 reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse or if an error in the offer was made.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to real-money value outside of the wagering process.
• Players who have self-excluded or are in a cooling-off period are not eligible to receive bonuses during that period.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New BB999 players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The current welcome offer, including the bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, wagering requirement, and eligible games, is published on the BB999 promotions page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player and once per household or device.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on BB999 — whether on PSL cricket, casino games, Aviator, fishing games, or roulette — are subject to the specific game or market rules in addition to these general Terms. The minimum bet amount varies by game and is displayed within the game interface at the time of betting.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

BB999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted only when your BB999 account has sufficient balance to cover the wager. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation reference is displayed in the platform. Partial connectivity failures that prevent confirmation mean the bet has not been accepted.

7.2 Errors and Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting a game or betting market on BB999, the platform reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts. Apparent winnings from erroneous game states or odds are not valid and BB999 is not obliged to honour them.

7.3 Cricket and PSL Betting

Cricket betting markets on BB999 — including PSL match betting, live in-play betting, and tournament futures — are governed by the official rules of the relevant competition body (PCB for PSL). In the event of match abandonment, BB999 will apply standard void-and-refund rules for pre-match bets. Live bets already settled at the time of abandonment will stand. 8. Fair Play Policy

BB999 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games on BB999.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit (arbitrage or "arbing").
• Any form of fraud, including using stolen payment methods or false identity documents.
• Chip dumping, collusion, or any other form of cheating in multiplayer games.

BB999 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Players found in breach of the fair play policy will not receive advance warning prior to account suspension.

9. Responsible Gaming

BB999 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a full suite of self-management tools to all registered players. These tools are available directly in your account settings and can be activated without contacting customer support.

9.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your BB999 account. Increases to existing limits take 24 hours to apply. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when your gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your BB999 account for a period of your choice (24 hours to six weeks). The account cannot be reopened until the cooling-off period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your BB999 account. Once self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed. Any balance remaining at the time of exclusion will be returned via your registered payment method.

9.2 BB999's Duty of Care

BB999 reserves the right to proactively contact players whose activity patterns suggest problem gambling behaviour, and to impose account restrictions if we believe continued unrestricted play poses a genuine risk to that player's wellbeing. This is done in good faith and in accordance with responsible gaming best practice — not as a punitive measure.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

By using BB999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. In summary: your data is used only to operate your account, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable requirements. It is never sold to third parties. 11. Limitation of Liability

BB999 provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability. BB999 will not be liable for any losses — whether financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, delayed game results, or connectivity issues beyond our direct control.

BB999's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim. BB999 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.

12. Account Termination

BB999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of proven fraud or Terms breach, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their BB999 account at any time by contacting support@bb999.wine. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within five business days of account closure confirmation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

BB999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify players via the registered email address or through a notification on the BB999 platform at the time of login. Continued use of the platform after the notification date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
